Inclusive Volunteering

This is an ‘in-house’ training option, designed for those within an organisation who are responsible for the volunteer management function, with a remit to develop the diversity of volunteers that support the work of their organisation.

They will be looking to engage their community more fully in their activities, with a particular focus on ‘hard-to-reach groups.

This programme was patrt of the European of the Year 2011 (EYV11)

What people have said about this programme

I found both courses I attended very inspiring and would love to attend more.

Really enjoyed the day and the opportunity to discuss issues

Very good presenters, paces and relevance to range of audience needs

Very good workshop, lots of ideas to take away and to work on

One of the best workshops I have been to in a while. Excellently delivered, paced, structured and had a nice combination of interaction
