Course aims
A course to support line managers in an organisation, where a part of their work is managing volunteers.
Content
Enables you to understand how volunteer management relates to your role, and how best
to engage volunteers. As part of the two days, we will consider supporting volunteers, preparing and
planning tasks, recognising their contribution and managing any problems.
How it is delivered
The course is delivered at your offices (or via Zoom) over two days for a team of up to 20 people. The workshops will be tailored to your own
organisation’s context.

Cost
£2450* (for up to 20 delegates)
* ILM certificates/membership optional for £80/delegate. £500 bursaries are available for charities with
an annual income below £250,000. Information available on request.
