Price: £1350
A comprehensive, 3-day review of the monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment practices of one project. Support to help the project take ‘the next step’ from where they are currently. Review to include potentially up to 2-days on-site.
3: Project Practice Review
Price: £450/day (min 4 days)
A review of the monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment practices of more than one project. Support to help projects take ‘the next step’ from where they are currently.
4: Organisation Practice Review
Price: £1350
A 3-day review on an organisational basis, to identify current practice, consider the utility of those practices and recommend improvements that can be readily adopted with ideas for future direction.
5: Developing an Organisational Research Strategy
Price: £450/day
To evaluate and research practice on a longer term basis, considering how evidence needs to support their sustainable funding strategy. The aim is to develop a strategy for how research supports the mission/vision of the organisation.
