Coaching

The best person to help you develop your volunteer management is often yourself! However, we are often too busy dealing with the ‘urgent’ issues to have time to consider the ‘important’ issues. A coaching conversation is an excellent way to prioritise these issues, and Attend’s ICF accredited coaches will help you to develop your thinking to create solutions that suit your own unique situations.

Purpose

A purposeful exploration of the development of any aspects of volunteer management, relevant to the individual.

Delivery

A minimum of two and up to six 1-hour coaching sessions (each with ½ hour additional support)

Coaching sessions provided in person or by telephone.

Each series of coaching sessions to have a specific aim, mutually agreed before coaching commences.

Cost

£90 per session
