Who it is for

Course aims
To provide a safe place for personal reflection and development with support from an Executive Coach with proven experience in the voluntary sector.
Content
To explore ideas around change and to reflect on how that could positively impact on the organisation.
Delivery and duration
Up to 6 x 1-hour discussions.
Either face-to-face if the candidate wishes travel to central London, or otherwise via telephone/Skype.
What is included
- Access to an ICF-approved coach.
- Up to 6 x 1 hour one-one discussions.
- An agreed action plan, incorporating signposting to additional support.
